Abuja NSP chapter represents at universal health coverage campaign

The streets of Abuja yesterday witnessed the federal ministry of health in collaboration with the world health organization and other partners organized walk to commemorate the Universal Health Coverage day 2020 yesterday. 

Universal health coverage means that all people have access to the health services they need, when and where they need them, without financial hardship. It includes the full range of essential health services, from health promotion to prevention, treatment, rehabilitation, and palliative care. 

Interestingly, Physiotherapists were the only health care professionals present at the event which was attended by people from all works of life and comprised of health awareness walk and press briefing in the health minister's office. 

Abuja NSP chapter represented the NSP President Dr Nina Chigbo, PT and goodwill message was delivered by Dr Chioma Ntunde, PT, Abuja NSP chapter financial secretary while Dr Rakeebah Sali, PT, vice-chairwoman was the coordinator of the event.
